Introduction

This is an extension that lets you customize an avatar that will be displayed on Charborg's stream during various events like when you subscribe, donate bits, or are selected to play through text-to-speech. You'll need to link your Twitch account to allow us to properly save your avatar and associate it with your username.

Data Collection

Our extension makes use of the Twitch feature called "Identity Link", which allows Twitch extensions to view a user’s Twitch ID instead of an anonymous ID that changes with each visit.

We use this feature to store your Twitch ID in our database so we can save your custom avatar and associate it with the correct username. This allows us to have your data persistent across multiple visits.

When signing in through our extension, you will be redirected to Twitch. We don't have access to your login information, that is exclusively handled and processed on Twitch's end.

The only information we see about you is this and the only information we save in our database is your username and your Twitch ID.
